Weakness: what you wish you could do but you are not having any idea about it.

Opportunity: what exactly will you need  to achieve your strength..

Threat: what is going to be an obstacle or boundaries for not achieving your strength.

SWOT analysis is a strategic planning and strategic management technique used to help a person or organization identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to business competition or project planning. It is sometimes called situational assessment or situational analysis.
What is SWOT analysis and examples?
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Strengths and weaknesses are internal to your company things that you have some control over and can change. Examples include who is on your team, your patents and intellectual property, and your location.
Without knowing your SWOT, it’s quite difficult to succeed in a project.
